Project Overview
The Bath St renovation had its challenges which included very little parking, poor access and concerns from surrounding neighbours on both sides.
Taking advantage of the water views was the goal here, achieved through two storeys of well thought out glazing that completely changed the feel of the place and allowed light to flood into this previously dark and cold home.
Despite its challenges, this project turned out very nice indeed.
The very well thought out detail was evident by Nathan Cramp, Room 11, and the end result was fantastic.
