Project Overview

To achieve the higher rating, building considerations including slab insulation, internal thermal mass, solar hot water, 2 layers of wall insulation and R7 in the ceiling were considerations - it is literally packed to the rafters with insulation.

Through a modest budget, we were able to negotiate the best products to suit the client's needs while still being within budget. Having a very approachable and very knowledgeable Architect also helped the process considerably.
