The country home is of modest size. It has a insulated waffle pod slab that floats on the less than perfect soil type. With its northerly aspect and large northerly UPVC windows. It is a very comfortable home.

This steep and challenging block was the first of 5 jobs to be done in the same street. It had a number of challenges, from loose boulders that would roll down the hill with ease. This needed a continuous fence across the lower section of the block as a crash barrier for the rocks.
